Shearing day can be exciting and stressful. We learn more each year on how to shear and what equipment is needed. We purchased a shearing table, and this past shearing day went much better since we had more alpacas to shear. We now have 14 alpacas of our own to shear. We will try to shear on 14 Apr 12 depending on the weather. Last year we had to postpone for a week due to rain.
